About ten percent do that and most hardly ever use it, but because they make enough money it gives them a sense of security in case a procedure would take to long and they could get it faster through their private insurance. Yup everyone can live their life free of health care worries and they just hate socialized medicine and not having to read about all the horror stories we have in America.
