The recipes in the "Sweet Potato Queen's Big Assed Cookbook" are also pretty decent, if you like Suthrn food. Speaking of food, if anyone here is planning a trip to Key West, let me know and I'll hook you up with "My Son the Chef" who's flippin burgers at the Waldorf. The burger thing was a joke. He is an extremely competent chef at Casa Marina (which is owned by the Waldorf or whoever owns them). He makes a mess in the kitchen but he's damned good.
